The group home at Labase began serving individuals with intellectual and cognitive disabilities in the spring of 2021. Since that time, many positive outcomes have been achieved in large part due to the dedicated Direct Support Professionals and other employees who are committed to the Labase mission.

Labase hires those who embrace the person-centered concept of developing a program around the strengths and needs of residents. We strive to provide a home-like setting where we assist individuals in learning skills that promote community integration, better health management, and opportunities to fully participate in one’s own desires for life.Labase Living offers paid training for all positions, flexible schedules, and individual mentoring sessions with experienced managers.
