Care Coordinator:
A Care Coordinator typically oversees and coordinates the overall care and support provided to individuals. They may liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other service providers to ensure that the individual’s needs are met and that services are well-coordinated.
House Supervisor:
The House Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a residential home. They may oversee staff, ensure a safe and supportive environment, and handle administrative tasks related to the member.
Registered Nurse (RN):
An RN is a licensed healthcare professional with specialized training in nursing. In this context, an RN may provide medical oversight, assess individuals’ health needs, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of those under their care.
Direct Support Professional (DSP):
DSPs play a vital role in providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs. They assist with daily living activities, implement individualized care plans, and focus on enhancing the overall quality of life for our members
